In a cozy downtown condominium, every inch counts. Recently married and with their first baby on the way this young couple purchased wanted a complete remodel. While the footprint of each space remained the same, small changes such as raising the ceiling in the kitchen made it feel more spacious. In the powder bath and family bath improved lighting and light-colored tiles made the spaces feel brighter and more inviting. Creative planning allowed for much needed additional storage throughout the home. And new wood flooring with a light-colored stain brought warmth to the remainder of the living spaces.
