Built in 1913, this farmhouse required a full remodel. Taking nearly every space down to the studs, the home was then carefully reassembled reusing as many original elements as possible. Embracing the home’s origins while seamlessly integrating modern amenities that today’s families require. The former walk-out basement was converted into a small apartment, providing the clients with a rental income.
